We were advised to park in the Kings Mall car park for an overnight Saturday to Sunday stay - that was a good 8 minute walk through a rough looking estate through a shopping mall to the hotel. When you have bags this is not what you want or expect at a Best Western. When arriving at reception we mentioned the parking and the long walk - they told us you can park for free after 6 and it's free tomorrow. We later discovered they weren't talking about the Kings Mall car park, which ended up costing us £30 for one night! Reception then continued to tell us whilst having a patronising grin on their faces that at least we had a good room, a sizeable room. We got to the room and to get past the double bed you had to turn on your side with your bum against the wall. It was a very small room. Next time we will pay for a better hotel. Money wasn't the problem, it was the service.
Liked: Close to Hammersmith Apollo.
Disliked: Parking advice and parking poor; very small room; very poor service - staff at reception and bar were slow and sarcastic.

Welcomed and refreshed!
Liked: The hotel is close by to public transport and it was the main reason when I booked it. I came into the reception and was very tired. My interaction with Aranit was pleasant and refreshing. He made it easy for me to check in and even upgraded my room to a comfortable room! Such a simple gesture can make your entry into the hotel feel home! It was very soothing for me as I have been away from home for sometime. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and I would definitely recommend and come back again!!
Disliked: Nothing actually! It was to my satisfaction

Poor
Liked: Nothing that I could share
Disliked: It is categorized with 4 stars at the booking.com. It is fake. Cannot be 4 stars hotel with no possibility to move inside the room (you need to jump over the bed to reach from the entrance to the part where the toilet is). Windows are existing but are shaded and locked. No chance to open. There is no restaurant of this hotel and they are bringing something called breakfast into the room. They call it continental breakfast but seems need to learn more.about what continental breakfast means and what they are bringing to the guests. It is ashame what they call breakfast. And all this has been marked on the booking.com.as a.4 star hotel. Of course price follows that categorisation. How come! Has any kind of checking been performed so someone could share is it 1 or 2 star hotel so you do not mislead people.

Great no nonsense, no frills...
Liked: Cleanliness, friendliness of staff and great location for what we needed
Disliked: Our Family room was quite tight, the bathroom particularly.

Very good
Liked: Clean decent size room, nice bathroom, good bed
Disliked: The breakfast was unfortunately quite a disappointment, it says continental breakfast but it's only a croissant and an apple brought to the room. Maybe at least some choice.

Perfect stay in London!!!
Liked: Being mobility impaired the staff went above and beyond to help me with my luggage, very supportive and attentive. The room was awesome and had everything I needed for a one night stay, its amenities were exactly as listed in the hotel description. Very comfy bed and a perfectly adjusted A/C during the heatwave in London. Some great spots to shop and eat out right around the corner and the hotel is not far from the Apollo Hammersmith. I’ll definitely be back if I come to this area of the city again.
