We were advised to park in the Kings Mall car park for an overnight Saturday to Sunday stay - that was a good 8 minute walk through a rough looking estate through a shopping mall to the hotel. When you have bags this is not what you want or expect at a Best Western. When arriving at reception we mentioned the parking and the long walk - they told us you can park for free after 6 and it's free tomorrow. We later discovered they weren't talking about the Kings Mall car park, which ended up costing us £30 for one night! Reception then continued to tell us whilst having a patronising grin on their faces that at least we had a good room, a sizeable room. We got to the room and to get past the double bed you had to turn on your side with your bum against the wall. It was a very small room. Next time we will pay for a better hotel. Money wasn't the problem, it was the service.
Liked: Close to Hammersmith Apollo.
Disliked: Parking advice and parking poor; very small room; very poor service - staff at reception and bar were slow and sarcastic.

Pleasant
Liked: Location in Hammersmith. Clean, decorative room.
Disliked: Very tiny room. I rather have a voucher for breakfast in the neigbourhood OR not have breakfast included at all, then a bag with a croissant, yougurt, Nutella, juice, bar, muffin and an apple IE all sugar and instantcoffee for breakfast...

Quiet, friendly hotel - close...
Liked: The location was close to the underground and on a reasonably busy road - so it felt safe walking to/from it after evenings out. The staff were lovely. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. They delivered a nice breakfast box every morning.
Disliked: I liked most things about the accommodation. When I stayed (I stayed twice in March) the lift was not working and was going to be replaced at some point I was told - but I don’t know when. The staff member on reception helped me with my bags up and down stairs though at the start/end of my stay so this wasn’t a problem for me.The second stay I had I was able to check in early (which was great) and I was allocated the disabled access room. It was nice to have extra space although things like a no step threshold on the shower made for messier washing situations. Splashed water around a lot - even though I was trying to be careful. The main issue with this room was that I found it hard to get the temperature right - it was hot/stuffy and hard to open a window to get in fresh air. I didn’t have this issue in the first room I stayed in. It was hard to lift the sash windows (superhuman strength needed) and they slid back closed quickly - I had to find something to wedge in the opening to prevent it closing.

Great location, lovely but small...
Liked: The room was very modern and comfortable.Bed was comfortably. The guy on reception was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The lift didn't work so we had to hack up 4 flights of stairs with luggage. The breakfast was delivered to the room and it was ok, orange juice, pastries, banana, yoghurt and cereal bar.Nothing special. The toilet was running water all night which was very noisy and kept us awake.
