Liked: Perfect location near rail link and major road.

Liked: Clean, comfortable for one person. Noise from traffic meant I had to close the window but then I heard nothing which was great.
Disliked: My key wouldn't work when I returned from dinner. The only way to get help was to call a number but there was no phone and I had left mine in Canberra. Maybe you could have a landline there that goes straight to the staff room? Then the guy reprogrammed my key but it still wouldn't work. At least he had walked up with me and was able to let me in but I then couldn't leave. An alarm clock would be helpful.

Liked: Great location with ease of access to city exits. Exceptional comfort of the bed and very clean linen. Excellent communication with staff, and very secure carpark.
