Good value and good place...

Liked: This is not center of Berlin, but I l still liked location. Spandau is very pleasant Berlin suburb. Plenty of shops and restaurants around without need to go to center of Berlin. I enjoyed walking around for a couple of hours. Excellent old local brewery...look it up!Room was specious and comfortable. Good value accommodation.
Disliked: Charging for parking is always "cheap trick" by hotels in my book. Had to look for street parking nearby.

Extremely friendly and professional staff....

Liked: The location of the hotel is great as it is out of the city hustle with trees surrounding the property. The breakfast is excellent with varieties of eggs, cheeses, fruits, and cereals. The room was clean with classic butt well taken care of furniture. Hats off to the extremely friendly and professional staff.
Disliked: The coffee of breakfast was not so good, but it was better in the room.
