apart from the water issues...

Liked: The place is convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The washroom water pressure was horrible, and the phone in the room wasn't working. I complained, but no one ever came to fix the issue.

It was not the best...

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The bath towel in my room had a brown stain/mark. The manager didn’t have much for course of action other than an apology. I don’t think I would stay here again, the cleanliness wasn’t as clean as I had hoped for.

Baited and switched when we...

Liked: Clean, decent, good shower, nice location.
Disliked: I booked a King room and got a Queen room - called reception and they didn't pick up. Messaged them and got no answer. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper or better hotel if I didn't specify that we wanted a King bed. booking.com was of zero help either.
