Good hotel for the pool...

Liked: The location was nearby local shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Every night Cala, the hotel restaurant, would blast loud music all night until 1am. Making it impossible to fall asleep since it would vibrate our hotel walls. Also, we had to switch rooms as soon as we arrived because after checking in, we went up to our room and saw bugs everywhere along the ceiling. Which makes me believe they don’t regularly clean the hotel rooms. Thankfully they had an open room available for us to move to. But didn’t receive any compensation or upgrade as other Hilton hotels would most likely have offered.

Liked: Great location! Close to the SF Giants spring training. Easy Ubers drives and also great easy way to catch a golf cart cab. Loved the hotel! Loved the excellent service from MJ the host. Very attentive! I love the ambiance of the hotel. Classy, smelled heavenly! I even bought some Hilton Hotel sticks from the gift shop area!! The beds were super comfy! We were happy to have stayed here! Thanks again to MJ!!
Disliked: Loud at night due to close proximity of bars around the hotel. Very bust restaurant and bar inside the hotel.

Exceptional

Great for Party Group —...

Liked: Very expensive for what you get. Restaurant is very loud and caters to a party crowd (same with the entire pool). It’s great for maybe a girls trip … not a relaxing getaway.

Techno Music So Loud Kept...

Liked: Nice, modern design.
Disliked: Horrible noise level. Too loud to sleep. Very loud techno music in the restaurant and bar most of the time, beginning early afternoon and lasting late, late early morning. The noise permeates the entire hotel. Staff told me I should have known we were in the “entertainment district”, and offered ear plugs. Very lousy response. Especially for the price we paid for our room.

Disliked: The bar was not open at the pool area and you had to go down a few floors to get a drink
