I would not stay at...

Liked: The lobby entrance was beautiful. The room was clean upon first entrance.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful during issues at stay. The pool side did not seem to be cleaned or refreshed at the end of the night or early morning. My room door was left open by cleaning and I was gone for the entire day. I had to switch rooms 2 times. Once because our AC wasn’t working and then after the cleaning service left the door open. When I was asked for disinfectant because I used mine on my first room the girlAt the front desk was rude. When I tried to file a complaint the manager told me she was almost off the clock before even listening to my problem .

Liked: This property was so clean and nice . Staff was very friendly and it’s right in the center of everything!! Walking distance to the nearest things to do . 20/10 i would def stay here again

Needs big changes in management...

Liked: Food was absolutely a fail at this hotel! Family felt sick after dinner here. Chicken was undercooked. Flavours were out of touch with what Scottsdale is known for. Staff were all sassy attitudes lots off drama. Would hate to blame the staff though you can tell Managment have no control inside this hotel from the front booking staff to the restaurant. Staff management was absolutely horrible. No guidance, no professionalism very poor Quality!
Disliked: Management is going to give this hotel a bad review for coming months & years if not delt with. Front desk staff had one lady DJ who was in the right spectrum of customer service. That’s about all that I had experienced. Over all bad experience for such a nice property.

Best Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ...

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel. First of, It is an Ideal location for any adventure - 20 min from the airport, walking distance to bars for night life, 10 min drive to the best restaurants, spas and mall. This hotel has all of the amenities you can think of in addition to valet service and free parking. Outside of the hotel being absolutely beautiful - think Tulum, Mexico - there was such a warm and inviting ambiance. Guests and those visiting the restaurant, Cala, were so friendly. (Cala had great food and in Friday the bar is the the place to be.) Lastly, this is the best hotel staff that I've EVER encountered. Every single person went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us feel welcomed. One night we had leftovers and no microwave to warm it up.. the staff hand delivered their microwave in the break room so we can eat at 1am! I will definitely stay here EVERY time i'm in the greater phoenix area.
Disliked: I travelled with a group of 4 and getting ready was difficult due to the tight layout. We didn't have a space to store 3 checked bagged suitcases that wouldn't be in the way everyday. In addition, there was a lack of lightning in the room, specifically in front of the mirrors, so getting ready at the same time was difficult. However, we were on vacation and everything else exceeded our expectation that these weren't a deal breaker.
