Exceptional

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: We ate at Full Plate. (The buffet) very overpriced for what you received. The food was not good at all. The food was sitting way to long and it was dried out, burnt and or they didn't refill it often. So I actually didn't eat much. That was very disappointing. It didn't take me long to check in so sure why the line was so long. We did have to wait a while to check in but after that everything was great. The only other thing was, I asked about tours. They did give me books and papers on what to do. We luckily found a tour off a street we went to walk on. It would of been nice to book from the hotel or if they gave us the info for a tour. I told the tour guy and he was surprised they didn't.

Not a hotel that I’ll...

Liked: It wasn’t really much to like for my first experience as soon as you walk through the door it smells like cigarettes they put me in a room that I did not request and they were supposed to upgrade me, but they didn’t. Staff is very rude.
Disliked: The staff was very rude. Put me in a room made me wait until 4 o’clock when I could’ve got an earlier room if it was gonna look the same anyway smell like cigarettes must have card out like Sam’s Club to get into your room.

Good stay and the point...

Liked: Location was excellent in terms of distance from the city center and the State Park. Also felt very safe in the sense the lighting was good.
Disliked: The parking was quite bad and definitely a lot can be done to improve it.

Liked: The location was great. The views from the room were beautiful.
Disliked: Our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. The room service made several errors.

Disliked: They charge for bottled water left in room
