Very good
Disliked: The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic in terms of facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every part of the property, from the common areas to the bathroom, was spotless and well-maintained. As far as the physical space goes, this place truly delivers on quality and comfort.However, the experience with the staff, especially at the reception, left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold, dismissive attitude. The check-in process, in particular, was unexpectedly unpleasant. We politely asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier — something many hotels accommodate without issue — and were abruptly told, "Check-in is from four o’clock, dear."The use of “dear” in this context was not friendly or warm; it came across as patronizing and condescending. It’s not acceptable to address guests in that tone, especially when it feels dismissive rather than courteous.At a hotel of this quality, you’d expect professional and respectful communication from the staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We left feeling unwelcome, despite the otherwise excellent facilities.In summary:The hotel itself is excellent, but the front desk staff seriously need training in hospitality and basic respect. It’s a shame to see such a great place undermined by poor service.

Disliked: The staff at the reception were among the most bored and unhelpful I can remember in a structure like this. The lady who checked me in was annoyed and annoying. With a smiling tone, after inserting my credit card for incidentals, I started asking for some information I needed, such as the opening hours of the pool, where I should go to reach it, what were the opening hours of the different bars within the building. Every time she gave me a very brief answer immediately followed by “you’re all set”. Kind of, three times. Except for the last question, about the bars opening hours, where she simply said “I’m not sure”, with a VERY annoyed expression, not even replying when I just said “OK, thanks” (and then walked away towards the pool). But it was not only her: a similar attitude I realised in other interactions, like the pool reception as well. Poor training or poor pay, or both.
