Not a family friendly hotel

Liked: The room was modern but this came at the cost of an upgrade.Beds so comfyBreakfast fine
Disliked: Room was tired, dated and had to pay for an upgrade.Rubbish all over the floor outside. Pool and lounger area was full on two occasions meaning couldn't use it, this was the whole reason I booked the hotel.Clear communication barrier asked for an upgrade and was given a different room which was identical to the first. Not a family friendly hotel, next door to a massage parlour and extortionately priced for what it Is.
