Total rip off!

Liked: The views were of a roof top. Value for money was shocking, the whole place smelt of cigarette smoke. We stay in hard rock Orlando every year and how they would put their name to this one is beyond me.We are now questioning weather to return to hard rock Orlando as we are booked again in October.

Lovely hotel although overpriced

Liked: One pool was closed with no explanation. Room, although large was beginning to look dated.
Disliked: Pool was closed, payment was extremely over complicated, I am still not sure if I paid the correct amount.
