All and all was great...

Liked: Beautiful resort. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The hot tub and steam room were under repair. The front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about amenities.

Overall disappointed

Liked: The location is superb. The restaurant inside the resort is good regards location and food, but we don’t feel very welcome by staff.
Disliked: Front desk staff are not that friendly, as for example, I need to request a kettle for the room three times as the original one was not working, there were no hand tissues in the washroom, box was empty. I found black little bugs in the bed, and I showed one of it inside a paper tissue, but front desk staff was not taken into consideration as if it was very normal. Our room was on the fourth floor, no tree nearby, so bugs can enter.Most importantly, the room air conditioner was not working properly , and water was not moving in the wash basin. I complained about the basin but they could not able to fix it.Overall, in my view, maintenance of the room is not properly monitored.I definitely do not stay a second time there. It is not a cheap motel when you may expect that kind of service.

Disliked: We traveled to celebrate by birthday but there was no mood for celebration even after my girlfriend called earlier. Even we couldn't find a place to buy a birthday cake. They could have utilized this events to capture many clients

Liked: Our room was comfortable and a good size for our family. The view was incredible. The kids LOVED the pool and the trail along the beach. We were hoping to participate in the evening beach bonfires, but the weather had other plans. Will definitely return!
Disliked: The breakfast selection was minimal and portion size was small for the price.

Every thing else was wonderful...

Disliked: Packer’s restaurant did not have table ready for us for our Anniversary. I had put in a request on Open Table. Not a good table . Service was very slow and my husband was about ready to leave.
