Sella Park Country house hotel has recently undergone a full refurbishment of our public areas making it even more relaxing and now has a modern luxurious feel - we cant wait to welcome you This peaceful 16th-century hotel is in the Western Lake District and has private beautiful grounds and views towards the River Calder. Each room has free Wi-Fi access luxury toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The hotel is set in Calderbridge not far from the small seaside resorts of Seascale and St Bees and at the foot of beautiful and tranquil Ennerdale perfectly places to explore the Western Lake District and coast. The Priory Restaurant offers a stylish menu using fresh local seasonal produce. There is a bar and morning coffee light lunches and afternoon teas are available. Our light and airy bar lounge offers a wonderful array of hot and cold beverages including a large specialty drinks menu and is a wonderful place to enjoy afternoon tea. Perfect stay

Liked: The staff (Michelle and Sonia) were superb hosts. They were very welcoming and we had a great laugh with them.It was my partners birthday and there was a treat in the room for him and Sonia even sang to him before breakfast
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike

Liked: The room was lovely and a super comfy bed. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The food was plentiful and very good. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the chef made us some lovely heart shaped short bread, this was a lovey touch and much appreciated.

Enjoyable stay with great breakfast...

Liked: Overall a good stay. I was in the annexe building which gave a great walk in shower. really liked the room. clean, soacious and comfortable. Could do with some extra coffee / sugar / milk though.
Disliked: Nothing I could put my finger on.
