Liked: Location and staff. Beautiful property. Supposed to be haunted but we saw nothing. The manager is amazing.
Disliked: Value, needs climate control, mini fridge, locks on the room door, hand rails on the stairs.

Liked: Staff pleasant. Grounds and layout were good.
Disliked: Room location terrible. Right next to road and bridge complete with alarm every time the bridge was raised - late into the night and early morning. Cars racing up and down at all hours. The room needs proper noise-proof glazing!!

Disliked: The inn is located in a sketchy part of town. Curtains were see through and did not provide privacy both inside the room and the bathroom. The bathroom tub was clogged and when we called maintenance they said someone would handle it, but it remained clogged for the duration of our stay. The bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. The noise was constant and not something you could ignore. You could consistently hear trains, helicopters, airplanes, cars, and the loud music being blasted by the bar throughout the night. When we visited the restaurant/bar I was not informed that there was an auto gratuity of 18% so when we ordered a bottle of wine that we picked out and filled up the ice bucket ourselves, we were still forced to tip 18% for being handed the wine glasses. The walls of the room were very thin and you can hear people’s conversations as clear as day and you can hear people coming down the stairs as if you were in the hallway. The room did not have a thermostat and the furniture looked old and unclean.
