Good location for exploring Liverpool...

Liked: Great location - easy to walk from the train station to it. Rooms were ok - clean.
Disliked: Checking in was a large queue and the staff were chatting away to each other - casually swearing and dropping the f*#k bomb in every other sentence. Quite unprofessional. As someone who lives in Hong Kong and was visiting Liverpool with my teens to see Lana Del Rey as part of a UK tour around - we were a bit shocked- really the use of foul language was appalling. We understood there was a level of stress and tension amongst staff but it spilt over into their customer service and delivery.

Liked: What a joke. They cancelled our stay the morning of and didn't call me to check I had received the one message they sent me at 10:30 am through booking.com- I hadn't seen this as had been driving to Liverpool all day. Get there they tell me they emailed me at 9, did you not get the email? Explained damage to the room- I can't stay. Had the book alternative as was already in Liverpool. Since then they have proceeded to ignore me any messages I've sent them about a refund or answer the lgone. I've had to speak to booking.com customer service who refunded it for me and explained that the property should have helped me find alternative accommodation. DODGEY.

Liked: The room was okay for only one night as the only thing we liked was the bed
Disliked: Staff could not tell us the right floor properly to wear our room was , they told us the wrong floor number 2X we found it our selfs at last.

Disliked: Poor systems and incompatibility with booking .com systems and totally disorganised
