A great location, clean and...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and the location was perfect, close to the centre and all facilities and entertainment. Room was recently decorated and very clean.
Disliked: There was no clothes hanging rail in the room, no waste bin in the bathroom and the shower was cold water only. Very disappointing.

Great stay!

Liked: I had a great stay at Malacuna. Comfortable, convenient and friendly staff. I would stay again.
Disliked: No kitchen. However, I understand this is to resolved when they complete renovation work November time.

Very good

Liked: It does what it says on the label. Central location. No frills accommodation but does the job. Staff 10/10.
Disliked: Building is a tired and you can see it's being refurbished perhaps not to tip top condition but it's OK.

Liked: It was a nice location. The bar and staff very helpful.
Disliked: It wasn’t as clean, had issues which were resolved fairly quickly.

Not a hostel!

Liked: Our room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and only a short walk a few minutes to the city centre!Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Disliked: There was damp on the ceiling in my room and painted coming off the walls and the switches did not work. I came down to see my boyfriend as I don’t live Dan I live in Skegness but next time I’ll be staying with my boyfriend in his house, cause this is diabolical staying in somewhere like this and it’s not worth the money.
