Liked: The room, the staff, the location, the attention is absolutely incredible

Liked: The hotel is in a good location, close to many many tourist spots. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. We needed towels delivered to the room, and they arrived within minutes. Overall amazing service.The beds are very comfortable, for a family of four, we fit very comfortably in the room.
Disliked: The walls are very thin, and you can hear all the conversations from adjacent rooms. Our neighbors were up until 2 or 3 in the morning and up by 7am. The rooms cold have been cleaner, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and dust all over. The elevators are very small and priority is given to people going to the rooftop bar. We waited for an elevator for over 15 minutes, and ended up having to take the stairs to get to our room.

Liked: Staff were very nice.
Disliked: No where to park or unload luggage in front of hotel. Not the best for a family to stay. Very active night life on the block. No noise insulation between rooms, you could hear others talking and other activities. There is a night club on the top floor that was very loud. Parking is across the street and they close the stairwell that goes up to the street at 11, so you need to walk around the block to get to parking garage down the ramp. Room wasn’t very clean, a lot of dust on furniture and bed.
