Liked: Great location close to city centre.
Disliked: Not enough staff on reception so poor person on front desk was overwhelmed and stressed with lots of people waiting. Not clean and tidy with raggedy floor mats in the lobby area.

Liked: Near bus and train station. Can take a train from airport to the hotel.
Disliked: The location is close to the CBD, but the address is not easy to find. Because the main entrance of the hotel is not in George Street is in another road beside it, and the name of the hotel is not obvious, it is easy to be ignored. When I was looking for this hotel, I consulted two people and said that I did not know the name of this hotel, and finally found it with the help of a lovely local lady. Overall, the room is clean, but there is no service check(not daily as the website says). I stayed for two nights, the first night I was able to fall asleep quickly, the second night I heard a sound like an extraction fan all night and could not sleep.The sound insulation needs to be updated.

Liked: I like where it’s located
Disliked: The lamp in my bunk bed was so dimmed, wasn’t that bright as it should be. Plus the plug was loosen, it couldn’t hold any of my changers i tried.
