Disliked: Room facilities, beds are really uncomfortable, toilet seat broken, toilet roll holder loose, hairs on the toilet and in the shower. The mil for the tea was off and awful

Liked: Thoughtful design for the female dorm. Curtain for privacy, individual light, lockers and power points!Overall, great value for money!
Disliked: However, lots of noise from the street and rooms upstairs. Bring ear plugs.

Waste of money. Wouldn’t pay...

Liked: The size of the room was adequate and the location was good for walking into the city centre.
Disliked: The stairwell had blood on the walls and doors. There was dried blood on the fan in the room. The stairs were not even and we tripped on them constantly. The room had no TV, the windows were dirty and the noise from outside and from the creaky floor in the hallway and above us was atrocious. There was no soundproofing at all. No air conditioning. The staff were entirely indifferent and spent most of their time on their phones even whilst guests were queuing to speak to them. The breakfast selection was pitiful and the one toaster only worked on one side. Staff were aware and still did nothing about it. The room had no safe, no mini fridge and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Great value for money!

Liked: Really good value for money. I travelled for a wedding so I was very pleased that the hotel was close to the venues.
Disliked: It was a little noisy, but this is outside of the hotels control so it's not a reflection on them.
