Select Hotel Oberhausen

I really enjoyed staying at Select Hotel for their amazing customer care; neat hotel room and nice breakfast. I really really enjoyed your breakfast. If I had an opportunity to work for you, wow! I would be happy. My next holiday visit to Germany will be Select Hotel and I love it. Keep it up.

Liked: The breakfast; excellent customer care service and neat and nice hotel room.
Disliked: Not really bad per say.

Liked: Close to Westfield and Rudolf-Weber Arena. Great if traveling for a concert. Staff is very friendly and the reception has free water and snacks.
Disliked: The room had no A/C. There was a ceiling fan, which is not very sturdy and is dangerous to fall. The TV did not work and was facing a wall instead of the bed.

Disliked: It’s too expensive for this location and the facilities they have.

Disliked: We arrived with a baby of 9 months and unfortunately there were no babybeds available, which would’ve been completely fine IF we had the bed we booked. We booked a standard room with a queen size bed. There were NO queensize beds. Only 2 separate beds (twin beds) that were put together. If you lay in between, the beds would separate and you’d fall in the middle. So we weren’t able to sleep safely with the baby. We had a rough night because our baby moves a lot and we were scared. The receptionist tried to help us as much as he can, but the manager should’ve compensate us. There are no queensize of kingsize beds, even though on the site it says it does. Keep that in mind.

Turbinenhalle hotel.

Liked: My wife and I stayed here for a concert at Turbinenhalle. The hotel is clean, with nice staff and 15min walk to venue. In terms of location, there is nothing really around the hotel, however being close to the venue was our priority which is why I rated a 10. I would stay here again for another show.
