Liked: Clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff
Disliked: No common area to chat with friends or meet anyone, no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, no water. Very expensive considering breakfast wasn’t included.

A great trip and a...

Liked: The breakfast room was in a temporary location due to on-going renovations within the hotel, not as good as the previous location, but hopefully once the original room has been renovated it will improve.
Disliked: We have stayed here lots of times, and the staff have always been excellent at this hotel, however, unfortunately there are some new staff, and when we tried to check out, the receptionist was far too busy to allow us to do so. She hid in a separate office, leaving reception unstaffed for what felt like a long time, seemingly looking at her phone, and not doing actual work or dealing with other customers. Very disappointing, but clearly her needs were a higher priority than allowing customers to check out and pay their bill.
