Good

Liked: Great location and comfortable stay.
Disliked: Would have given 8/10 except for the minor issue of the legionella communication (!). Is the water safe to drink or not, seems to me a fairly understandable question for guests to have after reading the unclear sign on the front desk. The reply from the receptionist:"I'm not sure, I only saw the sign when I started my shift!"

perfect location, friendly staff, and...

Liked: The location was perfect for my first visit. The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was very comfortable. Overall, a great experience!
Disliked: The hotel only provided single duvets, even for double beds. This arrangement was not the most comfortable, as the duvets were quite small and made it difficult to stay covered throughout the night. Additionally, the housekeeping service did not replace the used cups and glasses in my room.

Liked: Its a nice place to stay a transit night if you have something to do in the city next morning. Free parking right afront hotel. Not so loud street.
Disliked: This long registration process at the middle of the night is really annoying plus some issue with room card forced me to got back to reception desk.

Disliked: The shower head in our room could definitely have been cleaner.

A warm and cozy stay...

Liked: The rooms were cozy enough. Beds were perfect. Bathroom was large and warm. But above all else, the location of this hotel is its main attraction. Just 1 minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie and 5-6 minutes walk to the subway. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Parking was a bit tricky and the hotel's parking was full when we reached BUT the staffs redirected me to another parking spot which was approx 160 meters from the hotel and much cheaper than 21 Euros charged by the hotel. Overall, the experience was pretty good.
Disliked: The breakfast spread was somewhat underwhelming and did not meet expectations, especially considering the price we paid.
