Liked: Location is very good. It is just opposite to s bahn station with good connections. Ample parking space. Friendly staffs
Disliked: 1) Booking.com says the hotel has air-conditioning but in reality there is no air-conditioning and the room was really hot like a furnace through out the day.2) There was renovation of doors happening from 3rd of June to 6th of June which was not informed earlier. Heavy drilling and working sound during the day time.

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel at 7pm only to find out that we cannot stay due to some issues (in my view the hotel was overbooked). It can happen, but we had not been informed in advance about this - no mail, no call. I am sure that Garner knew about this problem earlier, but didn’t bother to inform its guests. At the Garner they only told us to go to another hotel 13km away and that as a compensation we will get breakfast for free. The NIU Dwarf hotel we were sent to did not know about it, and we had to pay for the breakfast!! I will therefore ask Garner to refund breakfast costs. At least the NIU charged us the same rate for the night as booked at Garner.Moreover, my booking at the Garner was non-refundable, and the hotel did not cancel it, so overnight there was an attempt of charging my account for the reservation at the Garner. This is not how you handle such situations, this all was highly improfessional and we are very dissapointed about this treatment.
