Really helpful staff, nice room...

Liked: Really helpful staff that checked me in early hours of the morning and got me some water as I was thirsty, then got me a taxi to the bus station when I needed it. Nice room and hotel plus a great locaction.
Disliked: The A/C wasn't on. Very helpful staff brought me a fan though.

Please have mosquito screens next...

Liked: Everything was good. The food wasn't bad and the staff was very friendly. It's close to the US Embassay which was the reason for our trip so that was nice.
Disliked: The only thing is that the room had no mosquito screen and we had at least 10 mosquitoes in our room.

Liked: Location can't be better. Steps from Metro Insurgentes, close to Paseo de la Reforma and Zona Rosa. Good restaurant and big restroom. Big room with plenty of space. Confortable beds.
Disliked: No air conditioning (broken with no eta for resolution). Old furniture, but cozy. TV is set too low to be appreciated from different room angles.
