A comfortable base on the...

Liked: The electronic device at the reception desk for summoning local taxi services.The walls of the stairwell are adorned with photos and newspaper cuttings concerning the early Beatles.Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The absence of WiFi and broadband connection for the TV.

Very plesent and comfortable

Liked: Location and comfort very good.
Disliked: There was one aspect that we found annoying. This was the demand for a deposit of £25 for possible damages .( I realise that this was mentioned on the booking confirmation). There was already damage to the bathroom in that the door catch ( a bolt ) was broken and although it could be closed it could not be opened without the aid of a paper clip. In addition the door handle had at some time smashed a hole in the wall behind it.There were no towel rail or hooks on which to hang damp towls and no shelves in the shower to put soaps etc.

Ideal location for Sefton Park...

Liked: The breakfast was cooked to order so was very fresh and nothing was to much trouble The hotel is situated about a 10/15 minute walk from Lark Lane which is ideal for eating drinkingIt’s a quick walk through the lovely Sefton Park
