Look forward to a breathtaking view over Lake Lucerne and the mountain panorama of Central Switzerland. Upon arrival you will receive a free ticket for public transportation in the city of Lucerne. You can easily reach the center of Lucerne by boat or public bus. The boat station and the bus stop are located directly at the hotel.

Generally no major complaints about...

Liked: View from the room was awesome. Hotel is out of town but still rather convenint.
Disliked: I felt the hotel should have porters to help with the luggage.

Great views and a wonderful...

Liked: The location was perfect — not too far away from Lucerne, but far enough that you get to enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the lake.

Liked: Our fridge was not cooling but other than this, everything was excellent . Great location , great personnel and a decent spa centre! We’ll definitely come back if we’re to visit Switzerland in the future!

Beautiful location with amazing views,.....

Liked: The views. Amazing. The location is perfect for a quiet break away.
Disliked: Renovation work going on we were not aware of… woken up to drilling and banging from 7 am. Couldn’t understand why this was being done at this time

Liked: Friendly staff, very good breakfast, beautiful views, easy access to town with the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The biggest surprise was the amazing wellness facilities that were included. Sauna, pool, private beach and hot tub outside looking out over the lake. It did not work when we arrived, but they fixed it and we were able to enjoy it the next morning before checking out. Would highly recommend.
