Liked: The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was caring and helpful.

Besides the few down sides...

Liked: The hotel boasts a stunning location, and the views from the rooms, which overlook the golf course, are stunning!
Disliked: Upon arrival, we observed what appeared to be dirt on the bedsheets, particularly on the pillows. Furthermore, there were no clear instructions provided for turning off the towel radiator in the bathroom, which resulted in an excessively warm room, exacerbated by the outdoor temperature of 30°C. The air conditioning unit also proved ineffective. Additionally, only two toilet rolls were supplied for our three-night stay

Good value - bit out...

Liked: We arrived after hours but our room was ready. We just had to phone the number on the front door. The room and large bathroom were very clean.
Disliked: Unusuallly there was no shower. Just a bath with a shower attachment on the taps. No shower curtain so very awkward to have a shower which we didn’t like.The room had large windows and while there were curtains they were very thin and let in the light.Both easy to fix!

Very good

Liked: Was really clean and well maintained which was really really nice. Didnt really have many dealings with the staff but when we did it was pleasant. The aircon was just unbelievable given the heatwave we have been having.
Disliked: The room we were given was lovely, basic but clean and very comfortable. The only downside was there was no shower and just a shower head you could hold up over the bath. This was literally the only thing that let the room down. Other than that it was a really lovely stay.

Fair(ish)

Liked: Price point was nice and cheap but that did reflect. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: - half the bathroom spot lights didn’t work- the “disabled room” only had a bar by the toilet that made it different to the other rooms. No wet room or shower, there was a waist height bath to get into.- room 11 & 12 had a terrible buzzing/ humming noise coming through from the outside walls (machinery/ system attached to the outside of the building).

An all round perfect place...

Liked: Food was beautiful, staff so professional and helpful, rooms so comfortable and the setting gorgeous. We’re definitely coming back!!
Disliked: N/A
