OK hotel - nice room

Liked: Stayed in a superior room that was very well finished and clean. The staff were pleasant and polite. The DBB deal that we had through booking.com was great value.
Disliked: The pool and leisure facilities were old and very outdated. The food was just OK, but nothing special. There was a lack of zero beers available- only becks blue.

Disliked: That you thought you were staying in a Manor House...but no you were residing in out of date 60.s block. !!!We thought we had an upgraded room through yourselves. I really would not of liked to of seen the rooms that were not upgraded. !! The bar area had no atmosphere what's so ever.. Sky Sports on the tele..!!Breakfast cheap produce.. Whole experience very disappointing ..Not to return ..

Birthday weekend

Liked: The food was good staff very nice and polite
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty around the shower. the spoons for the coffee and tea was dirty.Trying to go sleep there was some loud bassy music coming from somewhere. pool was cold and one of the lights in the pool has an wire poking out of it And the jacuzzi wasn't working
