Great location, even better staff!

Liked: The staff at this hotel was amazing. They helped us park our car the moment we arrived, they gave us directions around the city, gave restaurant recommendations, and helped arrange a taxi for us to The Alhambra. The rooms and amenities very nice and comfortable. If we had more time we would have liked to have dinner at the Michelin restaurant on site.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit small, but still very beautiful and comfortable.

Charming hotel in Granada

Liked: This is a very well appointed and comfortable hotel, in a convenient location in Granada. Our room was a good size, well equipped and attractively decorated. The staff were exceptional: very attentive , friendly and helpful. We dined at the hotel restaurant one night, and found it quite tasty.
Disliked: The quality of some of the breakfast choices could be improved.
