Liked: The location was perfect. Literally right across the street from the beach. The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The drain in the bath was awful. The water just pools and leaves all the dirty behind

Not Pleased

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The price I paid wasn't worth my stay. The lobby area didn't have any lights, and it was a little warm while checking -in. The room was supposed to be an accessible room. A handicapped person wouldn't be able to shower. The tub area sits too high. I had difficulty getting in and out myself. Also the room was very small. There weren't any liners in any of the trash cans in the room. There wasn't any hand soap to wash your hands. The television had poor connections. I will not be returning here.

Liked: Location
Disliked: It's a Worse place to stay. The TV and the phone were not working, no pressing iron and hair dryer in the room. The entire hotel has one pressing iron, which you have to wait for the next guest to return before you can use it. House Keeping came to my room, took the dirty towels and never replaced it, left the trash, and did not clean up. In the evening, I needed to shower I went to the front desk to ask for towels, and the staff mentioned that there's no towel until tomorrow morning. When I got upset, she told me let me call the manager, and I would call you in ten minutes, which she never did.

Disliked: Found hair in the shower and the toilet wasn’t clean.

Liked: The location and the facade of the property is great. Need improvement on staff, it’s understaffed sometimes no one at the lobby. No extra pillows provided for our group of 4 pax, we had to request and wait for the extra towels. No access to the rooftop veranda.
