BODY FULL OF FLEABITES, UNCHANGED...

Liked: This location was truly a HORRIBLE experience. The only good thing about it is the location.
Disliked: If I could give this hotel 0 points, I would. I start with the disgusting reveal in the end which were FLEABITES ALL OVER OUR BODIES after our stay.When we came to check in, the staff was unfriendly and did not give us any details besides the room number. When we went to the room, it was completely uncleaned. We went back down and requested a new room. After going into the new room, we first recognized a very disgusting smell. After looking closer at the bed, we found makeup and lipstick stains, hair and stains we couldn't identify the bed, also the bed smelled like somebody laid in there. THE BEDSHEETS WERE CERTAINLY NOT CHANGED AND JUST REARRANGED. We went back down and requested a new room but the staff was completely unbothered, told us that there's no other room available, didn't seem to be surprised about the unchanged sheets and only told us to either check out or change the sheets ourself, no sorry, nothing.The disgusting smell was so bad and we later found out that it came from the super filthy rugs in the room, which were certainly not cleaned for a while. While changing the bedsheets OURSELF, the mattress revealed a nasty smell as well and was covered in stain. Besides all that, the room wasn't clean either, we barely had soap or body wash, not even a trash bag was in the trash, the mirror and trash were both dirty as well. Furthermore, the room was super noisy and it sounded like the window was open the whole time- this is how loud is was. The breakfast was ridiculous and a shame- dry bread, a shared cup of butter and jam (very unsanitary) and that was basically it. When we asked for new towels, they literally told us that there are no towels left and gave us random colored towels which had stains as well- if these were forgotten guest towels, I wouldn't be surprised. In the whole building was not a single water filter dispenser besides a super tiny water dispenser in the lobby which sometimes wasn't even filled up.

Nice Hot Tub / location...

Liked: We booked the penthouse for one night specifically for the hot tub and rooftop access. The hot tub water level was low upon arrival; however, we called the front and someone came up shortly to fix the hot tub for us. The lounge chairs and rooftop furniture were also nice. The location is nice. It is in walkable distance to the beach and a CVS which was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The wifi at the property did not work at all for us. My cellular data was faster than it.The smart tv in our room wouldn’t work due to the wifi. Netflix was available but it didn’t load.Lack of towels. Our room only had 1 bigger towels and a bunch of tinier hand towels. I called the front multiple times and went to the front desk throughout the stay to see if we could get extra towels. She said they were out of the bigger towels and only had the face cloths. I even asked for beach towels and she said no. Shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough for my liking.
