Liked: The staff was great, anytime I needed help with anything they handled it quickly. Tara was specifically awesome. I also liked that they had a main kitchen and an alternate kitchen. There are activities everyday and it’s pretty easy to socialize.
Disliked: It would be nice if they had a place to hang clothes and also a place to smoke after the garden closes.

Disliked: Getting locked out of my room after going to the bathroom in the early hours of the morning as I didn't think to take my key with me and there was no one on reception

Disliked: Went in june and the room was very cold and there are no heaters

Bad

Disliked: I spent Tuesday night outside during the two weeks I stayed. And Monday night I was awake the whole night because the environment smelled. I asked to change rooms; the staff were good and changed me to another room. Want to see the drama today or for the rest of the week because it seems they have activities every day. The room looks fine so far: no germs, friendly guests, and no dust.

Liked: Lovely large ‘secret garden’ plenty of toilets, 2 kitchens and just loads of amenities.

Liked: Pleasant return to the facility for a night. Lots of small improvements in everyday items. Good vibes. Great surprise to find a new friendly and competent manager, I just hope that the top management doesn't stress the staff too much because then a toxic environment develops like in the previous months. Satisfied and ready to return.
Disliked: I don't like the fact that the beds still don't have curtains. Not everyone likes having a dry throat during the night and if I don't use one and have towels to dry it's right that it has its own little space without having to spend a fortune on a dryer.During the stay inside the space of the bed should be insurmountable limit. if someone obviously spreads things around it is right to put them away but in the volume of the bed it is intolerable in external interference.
