Romantic escapade in the heart...

Liked: Everything was so clean and the staff very friendly. I definitely would come back here.
Disliked: The room could have been a little bit bigger..and also the view.

Fabulous stay, great service, ideal...

Liked: The staff were incredible and made the whole experience so pleasant. It’s a great location within walking distance of Montmartre but very close to the Metro tooThere are many fabulous restaurants on the doorstep.The windows are well insulated so there’s no street noise
Disliked: For us it was a little dark in the lift but that’s just a minor point and sounds strange I know. It was just easier to use the stairs. I think the ambience was dark in general.

Perfect Stay in Paris

Liked: This hotel provided the best customer service we have experienced anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived Juliette treated us like royalty. We were checked in efficiently and our bags safely stored. We spent the afternoon at the Eiffel Tower where I believe I’d lost my phone but on arrival back to the hotel it was given back to me found by a very kind member of staff whose name I didn’t get. I was hoping to tip him the next day but unfortunately didn’t see him again. The room was very clean and nothing was too much trouble. We forgot a European plug so it was provided. Iron and champagne glasses were brought to the room. We were even shown how to use all the taps on the jacuzzi bath. Like the touch of the honesty bar albeit we didn’t use it in the end. Location was also amazing. So close to the moulin rouge and the metro is a short stroll. We would most certainly return and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great customer service in Paris.
Disliked: The only recommendation I have is tea and coffee facilities in the room. I awake very early and like to make a tea.

Great experience overall- we’ll stay...

Liked: Great location - you can walk to Montmartre and Mulan Rouge and to all the nice restaurants! Gluten free bakery and gluten free Crêperie is right around the corner (for those who depends on it)..
Disliked: Tastefully designed room.. very modern and very clean bathroom and comfortable bed! Warm and welcoming personal - they let us keep our language before and after checking in and even offered cappuccino while we were waiting:)

Liked: The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly. Location not so far from the city center, 15-20 by metro or bus. The room has good sound insulation, the noise of the street was not heard.
