Very very very disappointing.

Liked: I enjoyed the view.
Disliked: Every single amenity was closed and we weren’t properly informed. We were told the restaurant was closed and that was all. I’m very disappointed. I work 65+ hours a week and haven’t even had a chance to write this review but have been wanting to. We were however told we could use the canoe and bicycles- it was downpour raining (certainly no one’s fault Mother Nature decided on rain for us, but still) we WERE told the BOWLING ALLEY would be open FREE of charge, other than coin operated arcade games, at 7pm-10pm- so we took a drive over around 7:40 to a very dark and very closed room. We drove in circles around the property to find another vehicle of angry guests also expecting the only amenity to be open, we chatted for a moment and all agreed we would have canceled our reservation if we had know we would have wasted so much money for nothing. It was a really sad experience. Staff was pleasant, it was their last day of work, I would be too!

Liked: Beautiful location. Pleasant room
Disliked: Difficult to figure out where to check in. It was a different building from the main lodge and looked as if it was the golf check in. The place was about to close for the season so may be a factor. For this reason many of the resort facilities were closed

Disliked: The bathrooms could have some updates done but they were clean but some of the wall paper was peeling!
