Loved having morning coffee on...

Superb

Liked: The convenience of the beach, absolutely my favorite. We didnt have to drive and find parking. Being on the strip where most food and shopping was located.
Disliked: No quick breakfast. Would be nice to be able to get something quick.

It could have been better....

Liked: I liked we was on beach. The front desk clerk he was great very pleasant.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't have a coffee pot n room and never came to our room to give us towels ortrash bags or coffee/cups nothing we had to get all this ourselves and we would see them and they wasn't very nice.

Moldy room and Poor customer...

Disliked: I checked in at 7:30 PM, and few minutes later I was already talking with the receptionist in the lobby to explain the issue. She informed me that they were unable to move me to another room but said they would issue a refund. The manager was gone for the day, so she would leave him a note. While I was waiting in the lobby, I overheard her talking to another guest regarding their refund request as well. When I went to pick up my carry-on, she (receptionist) came right after me asking me to hurry up and leave the room. That was odd. The ISSUE is immediately noticeable upon entering the room. The air is thick and damp, and there is a strong, overwhelming smell of mold. This isn’t coming from the bathroom or some hidden area — it’s in the bedroom itself, where guests are expected to sleep.Such levels of humidity and mold are not only unpleasant, they pose a serious health risk — not just to people with asthma but to anyone, especially children. I was travelling with two kids, and it was simply not safe to remain in that room. Just a few minutes in that room made my throat feel scratchy, and I started having a dry, choking cough. The air quality was so poor that it triggered an immediate physical reaction.Next day I got the news that the hotel refuses to issue a refund, despite the clearly unsanitary and hazardous conditions. This goes far beyond a matter of comfort — it is a serious disregard for the health and safety of the guests.
