Disliked: Room was small. Shower tiles broken. Shower door would not stay closed during shower. It slides open on its own. Shower did not drain. Loud rattle in ac unit all night.

Perfect location with an unfortunate...

Liked: Location, breakfast at the restaurant, the valet guys were SO quick, funny and kind
Disliked: The room was small, no coffee in the room (which I believe is now industry standard considering the cost of the stay), it seemed short on staff available, the bar closes way too early on the weekend, the markup in the small market in the lobby is threefold (that's crazy), and when we checked out the breakfast (hours earlier) hadn't been added to the system so I was literally told to come back hours later - not ok for people visiting with a schedule to keep.

Overpriced, underwhelming!

Disliked: The food was terrible and overpriced, woken up every morning by the sound of the cruise ships docking, hotel lobby always full of people loitering either having got off or waiting to board the massive cruise ships. Seems the hotels priority is these customers
