Very comfortable, but very tiring...

Liked: The view was amazing looking over the bay and the snow topped mountains in the background. And our suite was lovely, the master bedroom and balcony were delightful. All the food was good, shame it was all at an extra charge and not an option to include it in the room fee. It was great to have free bottles of water in our room everyday.
Disliked: For a junior suite sleeping up to five, we struggled with space with our three children 9, 12 and 15 having to share the sofa bed. Also only having one toilet was a struggle with five of us. For a suite we had a very basic hot drink selection and it would be of benefit to have a few more choices, also China cups would also be nice. Lastly, just be aware that either you will need to walk a lot from this location or spend a lot of money taxi’s as there is no local transport.On our last morning, luckily, the hotel got extremely busy due to it being a cruise terminal and the cruise guests were in the hotel for their first night. Luckily it didn’t spoil our trip as it was the last day but it certainly added extra pressure on the amenities, it also completely spoilt the view from our suite as all we could see was cruise liner.

Liked: It was quite close to the ferry to Victoria. The pool was open. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a perfectly functional no frills stopping point that was close to the ferry.
Disliked: Quite expensive for what it was. Coffee was quite bad. Restaurant was needlessly expensive. Dated "good enough" kind of decor reminiscent of the early 2000s.
