Liked: They location is right in the heart of Redmond Town Center which means you could really walk to almost anything. From activities to food, its all right there. The hostess did upgrade us to the highest floor so it was very quiet and that was nice.
Disliked: A hotel needs to invest in their beds and pillows. This is the main reason we are staying at a hotel is to sleep. The bed was horrible and the pillows super unsupportive. There was no shampoo left in our room and the heater kept clicking on and off.

Liked: The room was nice and big
Disliked: I felt the front desk staff when I checked in was robotic. I just traveled 24 hrs after multiple delays and they were just rude and did not try to take that extra step to welcome me. It was just name, credit card, your in room 610. Just sad
