Disliked: They charge for WiFi .

I would consider different options...

Liked: The lady that checked us in was outstanding! She was very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel restaurant was unacceptable. The hostess seated us and after 10 minutes of sitting at the table a server never came. We did get up and leave and I expressed my disappointment to the hostess. The elevators were broken on the side of the hotel that our room was on. Needless to say we had to use the elevators on the opposite side of the hotel, which made it inconvenient.

Overall very happy

Liked: The location near Airport.
Disliked: limited coffee supplies in the room

Liked: Hotel hosted a family party that was very nice
Disliked: Check in was terrible, the individual was slow, told us they over booked and he was going to have to find an airline room that was available, made me get on my credit card statement at 1:00 in the morning to see if I ha already been billed for the room. This was after we waited 30 minutes for him to finish with a door issue in front of us. When he was done he came out from behind the counter and bowed when he gave me the key - RUDE!!!! Also on Sunday Morning all but 2 of the elevators were broken making checking out difficult.
