Liked: Breakfast was very good and service was excellent
Disliked: Nothing they did - due to cancellation of our flight and delays in arrival, we were 12 hours late in arriving. So our stay was much shorter than we had planned, but we got there in time to depart for cruise the next day.

Despite a confirmation frombookings.com the...

Disliked: The confirmed reservation from hotels.com was provided in error by hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room for me because that had been over sold. I will never use hotels.com again

I would consider different options...

Liked: The lady that checked us in was outstanding! She was very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel restaurant was unacceptable. The hostess seated us and after 10 minutes of sitting at the table a server never came. We did get up and leave and I expressed my disappointment to the hostess. The elevators were broken on the side of the hotel that our room was on. Needless to say we had to use the elevators on the opposite side of the hotel, which made it inconvenient.
