We probably would’ve been better...

Liked: The food was good and fresh and for the price, it better had been. The white maintenance guy was nice and did his best, the black lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, and the black waitress working the bar area who had locs was pretty nice as well.
Disliked: The fact that we sat in our room for two hours with the door open (no privacy) because the ac was broken and on 78 degrees. Had to contact them FOUR times. One phone call, three in person, three different people before someone came to fix it. After all that hassle, the tv wouldn’t hold volume. Every time we turned the volume up, it went back down to zero and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So after we’ve already unpacked and cleaned our room with our own cleaning supplies, we had to pack back up, and move rooms anyway. Clean and unpack again. Totally inconvenient. I asked the lady at checkout if there would be any compensation for our inconveniences we faced (like comp our meals since we’ve already paid for the room) and she said someone would get with us after 2pm. Of course no one ever reached out.

Liked: Nice rooms
Disliked: They had a banquet an auction with loudspeakers that were outside our room until 10pm, and we had an early flight at 5:30 in the morning.

Liked: Short transfer from Airport.Nice friendly staff and the bar was lovely.
Disliked: Just as in most North American Hotels it is always 2 Queen beds.Which there could be more places with a Queen and 2 singles, makes it easier when travelling with 2 teenage kids.
