Paying for location

Liked: The room had a beautiful view, it was conveniently located for our event. The bathroom was lovely, remodelled. The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The room was very hot on the top floor and the building doesn't have aircon, there was no fan in the room and took noisy to have the windows open. The usb sockets didn't work next to the desk. The building needs a bit of love.
