Liked: The room was a great size, I loved the bath & the sea view. The cups & saucers are a great touch. Breakfast was yummy! We stayed on 20th June

Disliked: Very noisy at night. There was a DJ downstairs and it was very loud music. Nothing was said when we checked in about this. No fan in the room so had to have the windows open as it was a hot night. Also doors were locked in the morning until 9 am for breakfast. Had to wait to get in and told by the girl that she only had half an hour to set up so would not open up until 9.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable side...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The pre order system the night before worked well. Breakfast was cooked only when we arrived at our table, so it was hot and was delicious. Our food had not been sitting under heat lamps.Delivered to our table as soon as it had been freshly cooked. Excellent well done.Staff member Phoebe was very friendly, polite and efficient so another well done from us.
Disliked: It's an old sea front building, so there are lots of steep stairs to get to the rooms. Being able to see the sea helped to compensate for the climb.Hard wooden headboard.
