Disliked: I feel very trapped in these types of hotels, no balcony.

Liked: We were not asked for a large amount of bond money as previously mentioned in the below comments which does make a difference on the experience. Staff was really accomodating and even allowed us to check in early which was a nice treat. You are only a moments walk away from the CBD which was nice.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit dated and has an old feel to it but it is what you would expect for the money you pay.New Render / Plastering and Painting would make it such a difference to give it a fresh feel.No complaints for what you pay for.

Liked: Well located in the city of Perth. Cheap for a night.
Disliked: Room was old and in need of a renovation, cleanliness left somewhat to be desired. Place was cheap for a reason but can't complain much for just a place to crash after a night out. Parking is process when trying to check in.
