Liked: The staff is very attentive and kind
Disliked: I had a problem with a little rat, they told me it was because of the construction next to the hotel.

It was an ok place...

Liked: Parking well light
Disliked: Did not get clean towels and room did not get cleaned our 2nd day. Expected housekeeping to have come in while we were out for the day. Fruit could have been better/ fresher for our Breakfast.

Disliked: Breakfast was very minimal, few yogurts, coffee (weak), and a cpl muffins. Ok for a fast grab, but not horrible. Make other options. Bed: very soft and sagging, not comfortableConstruction to the building was terrible - not hotel fault)

Liked: The place was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was ok, price was reasonable
Disliked: Did not like the fact that you have no place to sit outside to read or relax. Smokers have a small space.

A tiring sketchy experience made...

Liked: The location was quaint.. to say the best, the windows open providing an airy feel, aswell as the beds being clean and comfortable
Disliked: Staff was very unfriendly, almost confronting when acquiring about services, acquired about a room upgrade and the employee at reception didn’t even turn her head to look at the computer and just repeated “no no you have 2 in your room” which in itself was ok I’m used to rude individuals,but this was a crazy customer service experience almost like the staff was just hanging out there and anything they had to do to help you was like a chore or a nuisance to them. Upon entering I was nearly scammed by the receptionist who tried to pocket some of my cash after a long drive I barley noticed and it was a really sketchy experience overall wouldn’t recommend staying here, we figured there’s better, more accommodating and price worthy stays then this one 1000%, Slso the ice machine is a 100$ Tupperware ice maker which isn’t important but if your a person who needs ice it matters, this barley sums up the amount of things wrong with this stay also room cleaners were not by at all both days of our stay.

This hotel should be condemned

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the fridge worked
Disliked: The room 406 was not a good room. - there was an ultrasonic speaker plugged into one of the sockets that is used to deter rodents like rats and mice - The windows open but there is no screen- there were extension cords being used in the room!- The ice machine is not a machine but rather 2 ice makers from TEMU sitting on a table outside the elevator - the furnishings are beyond outdated - the door to the room had to be slammed shut. There is also no deadbolt.- the bathroom is so small the door hits the toilet - the air conditioner is from 1990. It never shuts off and is so loudIm actually shocked that this place is up to code! Its needs to be inspected. Its a $50 room at best!
