Itll do for a 2 night stay
Liked: The location is excellent for going to Acadia and for walking to restaurants. Close to Bar Harbor Marina
Disliked: Very basic rooms, plain, need updating.

Adequate
Liked: We liked the location being close and in walking distance from the down town area. convenience to Arcadia park. The room was clean and comfortable, could have had a place to eat food, other than on the bed. Breakfast was underwelming.
Disliked: The continental breakfast. The bagels were good but ran out fast. The hard boiled eggs were the same. The waffles were good very little to put on them. Other than syrup, butter and whipped cream. No fruit.

Disliked: Location, room, bed, amenities, etc. Staff not very helpful either. And booking.com said there was no breakfast available but there was some.food available - staff did not tell us so we did. It know.

Liked: THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO TOWN AND WERE ABLE TO WALK THERE . THE BREAKFAST WAS FINE, THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS INCREDIBLE.

Great location, walkable into town. Breakfast was as expected, coffee available all day.
Liked: Good location, good price, convenient parking
Disliked: We did not receive housekeeping or even clean towels during our 3 nights there. By time we got back from our days adventures, the front desk was already closed so there was no one to call.
