Liked: It was clean and the location was great.
Disliked: We had no hot water for our stay. It was very hard to shower and get sand off of ourselves without a proper shower. When we complained we were told there was an issue with boiler and it wouldn’t be fixed while we were there and there was nothing to be done. For the amount that we paid per night, expecting hot water seems like it shouldn’t have been a question.

Disliked: The water burned us in the shower. THe HOT and COLD was reversed. Hot was cold water and COld was HOT water. Taking a shower my wife felt the water too hot so she moved the handle to COLD and the water became HOTTER. I have written to the hotel and to booking .com and no one is responding. I did take videos showing the steam coming from the cold side. and the fire detector also was missing from the room. If I don't hear from either of you soon, I will take this to the next level.

Disliked: Very poor internet connection, the “hanging” shower glass door- wasn't very safe for all ages (I'm 44, with health issues, use the rest room a lot at night, I almost leaned & slipped.

Liked: Close to the boardwalk and beach.
Disliked: I didn't like that you could hear every little bit of noise outside your room. One night there was a man arguing with a staff member over getting into his room. This went on for about 2 hours in the late hours of the night. You also have to pay for parking which I think is just another money grab. This is not downtown, it's a beach town. Also staff would not let you check in early and was no where to be found, he actually wanted us to wait for our room to be clean past the check-in time of 4 pm.

Disliked: No parking (which wasn’t advertised on the website) check in was 4pm however if you want parking at the hotel.. you better get there a day early or 6am day of and you can’t move your vehicle. WiFi did not work, no hot water for shower.. asked front desk for an extra roll of toilet paper and extra towels (we were giving 1 large towel and a small towel for a family of 3) and was told she would bring them over after the rain let up. Which was about 40 mins later and I don’t find that acceptable. Room was small- not much room to maneuver

Disliked: was nothing like the pictures , there was no parking had to pay an extra $90 to park for 3 days. there was no towel racks and the shower was nothing like the picture
