Liked: Our condo was nice
Disliked: The checkin process. There was no one in the lobby when we arrived. It was hard to find off the parking garage. We called the number on the door, but no one answered. I decided to go up to the room since the seaside resort app told me the room number. Couldn’t figure out how to enable blue tooth to use the electronic door key. My Bluetooth was on. You had to go in the app and turn on the Bluetooth. Didn’t think we were going to be able to get in our room. Took a while!!!The resort is listed as an”quiet” resort. I did my best to keep my grandchildren quiet. On the morning we checked out, there was banging and buzz sawing noises in the room above us or nearby. That was ironic to me.I booked this resort mainly for the indoor pool, since it was winter time. The hot tub was hot, the pool was lukewarm, but the lazy river was ice cold, so we couldn’t use that. The kids still had a blast and burned off a lot of energy and even made some new friends.

Liked: Size of the rooms.
Disliked: Had to change rooms because of aints in the couch rm1404. Went to rm 1204 and it had aints and roaches kitchen floor. The window was stained was told it was on the inside between the glasses. Crumbs on floor in both rooms. Rm 1204 spots in the carpeting ,was told they shampoo the carpet this winter. I will not stay there again.
