Liked: It’s all good this is my second time’s there so I enjoy it
Disliked: It’s all good

It was decent

Liked: Centrally located to jump on a bus or free trolley to South beach.
Disliked: A little bit dated, seems most staff speaks Spanish only

Can’t wait to go back

Liked: I must say I was a bit worried about booking this hotel because of the reviews however I went ahead and booked it because my daughter stayed there for Rolling Loud and loved it so much she wanted to go back. I found the reviews to be not true everyone was pleasant and helpful, there was utensils, plates and bowls. My room was beyond clean and comfortable. There is so much to do within walking distance and so much food options. I loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the beach and a 20 minute drive to loanDepot Park where my girls were going to see Chris Brown. We had so much fun and can’t wait to go back.
Disliked: I truly can’t find anything I didn’t like about this property it was amazing

Liked: It was close to all stores and restaurants and the beach
Disliked: The room door was very hard to open and close. The bathroom had no wash cloths, no hand soap. The pool water was dirty.

They need to fire one...

Liked: The room was big the only thing I liked it
Disliked: Construction constantly,very bad customer services , basically they said that you guys and them are not in the same page ..front desk said that’s has nothing to do with your company as far as time of check in I give zero to customer services they even treated me to call the police because they needed a deposit for one $100 and I had $110 and they wouldn’t allow me to check in cuz they didn’t have change …very bad customer service
