Very good

Horrible would never rent here...

Disliked: I couldn't even check in and got charged two nights upfront. Still waiting on a refund of nearly $300. The property doesn't answer the phone or respond to emails so good luck with a speedy refund from booking. Com, as they insist on approval from the property before issuing any refund. I never got to step foot in any room!!!

everything wasn't as terrible as...

Liked: Location. Close to the beach and shops. Pool. Beds.
Disliked: It is very inconvenient that the registration is in one place, and the accommodation is in another. In case of questions - the phone doesn't work, you have to go to solve your questions. The gates with a code, which very often did not work properly, once we climbed over the apron, because the code was stuck. The territory where the check-in was very smelly with canabis, there was like a passage yard, it felt unsafe. The air conditioner is very old, and loud, we turned it off at night, because it was impossible to sleep. There was no sponge or rag or dishwashing detergent in the room. The room was not the same as in the ad, similar, but not the same. The washbasins were very high, a 4-year-old child could not reach it by himself. The room was clean. Toilet paper, soap, everything in the bathroom was ok.

Liked: The bed was very uncomfortable, no wash cloths or extra toilet paper was left in the bathroom. Furniture was ripped up and not in good condition. Excellent location and right on the Collins Ave trolly loop that takes you to southbeach and back free of charge so you can leave your car parked. We stay at this location a couple of times a year and are always satisfied for the most part. The picture is of the couch in the suite

We enjoyed the area but...

Liked: We did breakfast at multiple restaurants and they were all decent.
Disliked: We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. It was very dirty. The bathroom was very gross. The floors were also very dirty. Our tv didn’t work the best either.

I think this place is...

Liked: We liked the room and it is in a convenient location to catch the trolley from north beach to south beach. The air works so well, it is big and spacious.
Disliked: The bed is very soft and the water faucet inside of the tub was dripping the whole time so we had to keep the door shut. Also, there isn't a smart TV, just a regular tv with a few local channels.

Disliked: I asked them to bring toilet paper which I haven’t got all day. I wanted to talk with manager which is never answered me back. They are working with some of tow companies which is damaged my car. My wife has found dirty underwear from previous customer.
