Great Location, Amazing Staff

Liked: It was a great location to everything we needed. The view was amazing. Even being on the the boardwalk, it was quite.
Disliked: I wish the windows had a bigger opening. Only the lower part opened and the air was blocked by the curtain. Air Conditioning would have been nice, but it doesn't have AC. The fan was helpful but would have liked to control the room temperature better. It was a bit warm.

Disliked: Noisy neighbors, smell of marijuana from other hotel residents

Passable

Liked: We loved the location of the hotel, the heated pool, and the sauna. The bed was comfy as well. We liked all the movies and board game selection.
Disliked: The floor of our room was dirty when we got there, not cleaned very well. At one point our key cards stopped working for our door. The hot tub was full of sand and dirty. Breakfast was not advertised as a light, but continental, which was not the way it was when we stayed.

Disliked: Some noise from beach after 11pm on weekends…but that goes with location People just letting doors slam when entering/leaving their room.

Excellent Hotel

Liked: Everything was great, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was very nice. My room was supposed to be a non-view room, although I did have a view of the beach from my window. I was happy that I could park my car right in front of the office.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that I wish there were an elevator to the third floor.
