Exceptional

Liked: Property guy was very nice there was a mishap of wrong day in our booking and he helped us out a lot with booking.com try fix it and when couldn’t get booking to finalize fixing it he accommodated the change himself

Good location, ok for a...

Liked: The room was clean I like that it didn't have carpet.
Disliked: My sheet had a stain on it. The bathroom sink was leaking a little mold in the shower tile. Balcony door lock was broken

Not cheap, but looks like...

Liked: The pool was nice and location was great.
Disliked: Everything is old. Bed frames are metal and some are dented and made noises just putting a bag down. The shower rod was coming out of the wall and the hair dryer fell off the wall. Even the soda machine had warm cans

Decent with some improvements needed.

Liked: Location was perfect to the beach maybe a 10-15 min walk. The room is huge and spacious, the kitchen area was amazing with the large fridge. That sold us on the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Affordable.
Disliked: Beds were dirty and stained. Also had hair on them. My son refused to sleep under the sheet. Shower and floors were very dirty. Needed an ottoman or coffee table in the living room. The couch and pull our bed were very hard. The mattresses in the bedroom were as well. Some kind of coffee machine also would have been nice in the rooms.
